Over the past thirty-four years Jim has served on various Association committees -- Membership, Ethics, Arbitration, Education, MLSŽ, Constitution and By-Laws, Legislation and Political Affairs and the Ethics Appeal Panel. In the eighties, he was both a Director of the Association and the Regional Representative to OREA.

More recently he has sat on the TouchBase Task Force and the Brokers Issues, Industry Issues and the Data Management Advisory Groups. In 2010 Jim continues to sit on these advisory groups as well as on the Buyer Agency Task Force.

Jim and his wife Sydney live in London. They have one son, Robert.
