JIM HOLODY, DirectorBroker of Record, Coldwell Banker 1st London Real Estate Services Inc.(Independently owned and operated) Over the past thirty years Jim has served on various Association committees -- Membership, Ethics, Arbitration, Education, MLS®, Constitution and By-Laws, Legislation and Political Affairs and the Ethics Appeal Panel. In the eighties, he was both a Director of the Association and the Regional Representative to OREA. More recently he has sat on the Data Management Task Force, the Brokers Issues Advisory Group and Industry Issues Advisory Groups. In 2008, Jim continues to sit on the Data Management Task Force and the Industry Issues Advisory Group, and chairs the Brokers Issues Advisory Group. Jim and his wife Sydney have been married for 27 years and live in London. They have one son, Robert, who is 19 years old (going on 25). .
