COSTA POULOPOULOS, DirectorBroker of record, owner, Realty ExecutivesCosta, who is a Past President of both LSTAR and LSTAR’s Marketing Division, was born in Montreal, Quebec and joined LSTAR in 1987. A recipient of the prestigious Outstanding Service Award in 2000, Costa has not only been a Director of this Association previously, but has also served on a number of committees, chairing the Executive Committee, the Governance Task Force and the Vermiculite Task Force and sitting on the Commercial, Executive, Ethics, Professional Standards, Discipline, Finance, Christmas and Salesarama Committees, the Education and PAC Issues Advisory Group and the Franchise Review, Data Management, Leadership Recruitment, Key Box and TouchBase Task Forces, as well as serving as Orientation Guide. In 2010, he sits on the Government Relations Advisory Group and the Leadership Recruitment Task Force. He has also sat on OREA’s data sharing committee and strategic branding task force and has served on the OREA Board since 2007. Costa graduated from Fanshawe College with diplomas in both Marketing and Business Administration and is certified in Condominium Sales. He has two children, Trina and Shannon, and lives in North London. A past director of a condominium board, he enjoys cooking and reading and possesses the enviable ability to speak and write three languages – English, French and Greek.
